Information we collect
When you request a property review, we may collect your full name, phone number, email address, town or city, state, ZIP code, an optional street address, requested service, project description, timing, approximate project investment, preferred contact method, and the page from which the request was sent. The form may also include the landing page, referring page, approved intent identifier, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers when those values are present in the visit URL. If you later text photos or other details, those materials are also part of the project inquiry.
Why we collect it
We use the information to:
- evaluate whether the location and project may be a fit;
- review publicly available maps or aerial imagery for initial context;
- contact you about the request by your preferred method;
- prepare for a conversation, site visit, scope, or estimate;
- maintain reasonable business records and protect against misuse of the form.

Retention
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably useful for responding to the request, maintaining project and business records, resolving disputes, meeting legal obligations, and protecting legitimate business interests. Different records may have different retention periods.
Your choices
You may ask what contact information GradeCraft has about your inquiry, request a correction, or ask that information no longer needed be deleted, subject to records GradeCraft may need to retain for legal or legitimate business reasons. Use the project form and write "privacy request" in the description, or text (862) 268-4860.
